Established in 1988, Eastern Car Service has provided transportation service to customers within the New York City Metro Area. Starting with only 10 vehicles, Eastern Car Service gained recognition as a reputable livery service within the Park Slope and surrounding Brooklyn communities and and quickly grew to one of the largest car service companies in the area. Eastern saw a need to cater to corporate, entertainment and medical clients in need of setting up Corporate Accounts with a line of credit and payment terms.

Since accepting corporate accounts, many dedicated businesses have entrusted us with transporting their employees, patients, celebrity invitees and various other important individuals. We currently hold many accounts with Medical Institutions, Children & Family Services, Radio/Television Stations, Film Companies, Hotels and private businesses. We dedicate our time to each account in order to assure that we are satisfying our clients’ individual needs, and customize any aspect of our business in order to provide the highest quality service possible. Should there be any questions, suggestions or complaints we will provide our full attentive support to our clients 24/7.

Our fleet consists of a variety of vehicles including; Luxury Sedans, Town cars, Escalades, Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs), and Minivans. It also includes Hybrid and low-emission vehicles as well. Each vehicle is fully insured and is inspected quarterly to meet NYC TLC standards. All of our drivers must be fully qualified, and licensed by the TLC. Drivers are also expected to meet our own standards. We inspect and review our drivers to make sure that they are properly dressed, groomed and that their vehicles are well maintained at all times.

In order to cater to today’s professional market, Eastern Luxury took a step forward and developed an in-house application which allows us to dispatch our vehicles more accurately and also provides our clients with more efficient methods of requesting a vehicle. Our clients can request vehicles by simply calling our Corporate Hotline, booking in our Phone App or by requesting it in our website. In addition, Eastern offers it’s clients automated e-mail and text confirmations and updates notifying our clients of their driver’s status. We also provide them with a complete detailed record of all their bookings which can be accessed via their online account or phone app.

Our corporate accounts have the luxury of using vouchers instead of cash. Upon making a reservation, we ask our clients to provide their “unique” voucher number over the telephone or upon booking online. This will allow our drivers to know that the customer will not pay in cash. These vouchers are later collected and prepared for billing. The vouchers collected are inputted into our database and billed accordingly to the corporate account. The entire process is closely monitored by our dedicated account managers.

We train our drivers, dispatchers and staff to be cordial, polite and helpful to our customers. Staff meetings are a common practice within our company and allow us to communicate any issues brought forward by our clients. We strive to resolve any issues or concerns as quickly and efficiently as possible in order to continue our endless pursuit of improving our services.

Most drivers will allow you to travel with your dog and may provide Wee-Wee Pads in case of an accident. Despite being dog friendly, please be aware that a driver does have the right to refuse a client with a dog that the driver may consider to large or feisty. Guide dogs for the blind or disabled will not be refused.

Whenever traveling with a cat, please make sure to provide a pet carrier. The drivers will not mind the meowing but will not like any scratches or tears in their vehicle. Eastern will allow you to travel with any other pet as long as it is well behaved and properly restrained.

Child Safe Transportation

Travel safe with your child whenever using Eastern Luxury Car & Limo Service. Eastern provides you with child safe transportation service for a minimal extra fee. Select an infant, toddler or booster seat for your child and be assured that you will have a vehicle with the proper seat selected at your doorsteps.

New York state law now requires any infant or child to be properly restrained to a child safe seat. Most infant car seats are designed for babies up to 22lbs. These seats can be installed facing forward or to the rear. These seats are specifically made for infants and many can be detached from the base for easy installation.

Toddler seats are made for older children 20-80lbs(depending on their height). Toddler seats are semi-permanent and have no detachable base and are equipped with its own restraints. Many of these toddler seats come with cup holders and have detachable backs allowing them to be used as booster seats for older children.

Booster seats are ideal for any child who is up to 8 yrs old or is less than 4′ 9″. These seats allow seat belts on vehicles to be properly buckled on a child. Some booster seats may also be equipped with cup holders.
