Established in 1988, Eastern Car Service has provided transportation service to customers within the New York City Metro Area. Starting with only 10 vehicles, Eastern Car Service gained recognition as a reputable livery service within the Park Slope and surrounding Brooklyn communities and and quickly grew to one of the largest car service companies in the area. Eastern saw a need to cater to corporate, entertainment and medical clients in need of setting up Corporate Accounts with a line of credit and payment terms.
Since accepting corporate accounts, many dedicated businesses have entrusted us with transporting their employees, patients, celebrity invitees and various other important individuals. We currently hold many accounts with Medical Institutions, Children & Family Services, Radio/Television Stations, Film Companies, Hotels and private businesses. We dedicate our time to each account in order to assure that we are satisfying our clients’ individual needs, and customize any aspect of our business in order to provide the highest quality service possible. Our fleet consists of a variety of vehicles including; Luxury Sedans, Town cars, Escalades, Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs), and Minivans. It also includes Hybrid and low-emission vehicles as well. Each vehicle is fully insured and is inspected quarterly to meet NYC TLC standards. All of our drivers must be fully qualified, and licensed by the TLC. Drivers are also expected to meet our own standards. We inspect and review our drivers to make sure that they are properly dressed, groomed and that their vehicles are well maintained at all times.
In order to cater to today’s professional market, Eastern Luxury took a step forward and developed an in-house application which allows us to dispatch our vehicles more accurately and also provides our clients with more efficient methods of requesting a vehicle. Our clients can request vehicles by simply calling our Corporate Hotline, booking in our Phone App or by requesting it in our website. In addition, Eastern offers it’s clients automated e-mail and text confirmations and updates notifying our clients of their driver’s status. We also provide them with a complete detailed record of all their bookings which can be accessed via their online account or phone app.
Our corporate accounts have the luxury of using vouchers instead of cash. Upon making a reservation, we ask our clients to provide their “unique” voucher number over the telephone or upon booking online. This will allow our drivers to know that the customer will not pay in cash. These vouchers are later collected and prepared for billing. The vouchers collected are inputted into our database and billed accordingly to the corporate account. The entire process is closely monitored by our dedicated account managers.
We train our drivers, dispatchers and staff to be cordial, polite and helpful to our customers. Staff meetings are a common practice within our company and allow us to communicate any issues brought forward by our clients. We strive to resolve any issues or concerns as quickly and efficiently as possible in order to continue our endless pursuit of improving our services.
